Hays County Emergency Information

Hays County Local Health Department today reports 81 new lab-confirmed cases, no new hospitalizations and 10 additional recoveries.

Epidemiologist Ian Harris (filing in for Eric Schneider) said the County’s total of lab-confirmed cases is 3,409; of those, 2,792 are considered active. The total number of individuals considered recovered is 606. The number of negative tests is 10,423. Schneider is awaiting results on 55 tests. Hays County has had 69 total hospitalizations; 20 people are currently hospitalized.
